[OOC: This is the directory for MagiX, Rui's power. MagiX is a technomagical program that catalogs all users observations during battle, as well as any information voluntarily provided by the users. Appearing as a holographic, free-floating screen, not only can Rui summon it but anyone who he gives permission to can also use it. Its control is entirely left up to them, whether they record battle information or not and whether or not they enter information about their own abilities or let it scan them. All information input though is logged in a central database that any user can access. MagiX can then use that information to analyze enemies and point out weak points to users, or how best to apply their skills in a given situation, or alert them to situations where their skill set might be needed, as well as alert them to incoming attacks in battle.

To summarize, anyone who Rui has ICly spoken with and given MagiX can access it at any time, either by summoning a magic screen or using an electronic device. Anyone with access can read anything logged here about various enemies or other Magi. Information is provided on a voluntary IC basis - though Magi can provide information on other Magi as well. Those Magi, of course, can request that Rui remove that information.

OOCly, you go to the appropriate page and either make a header for the subject of choice (Magi or Witch's name, or feature of the town) or find the one that already exists, then post under it. Characters can start threads or conversations there if they want, though MagiX or Rui might have something to say if it devolves from informational exchange to argument.]
